MSMF is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board meets about four times in a year to set direction. While the President manages projects/programs in India, the Executive Director with support from the Executive Committee is responsible for administration in Canada.

1992		Sarada Vidyalayam, an upper primary school, was established by SF supported by MSMF.
1993		Srikiran Institute of Ophthalmology was established by SF supported by MSMF.
